If you're not completely satisfied with one of our products, return the unworn, unwashed garment within 10 days. We'll gladly replace the item or refund your money. Embroidery items and custom-made items can only be returned due to incorrect processing or manufacturer's defect. A 15% restocking fee may be charged on items returned for credit.
All returns must clearly show our (RMA) Return Merchandise Authorization number on the outside of the package. All returned items sent back without an RMA or in used and/or damaged condition will be rejected and sent back to the buyer. If customers reject their return shipment, Tasteful Style Attire reserves the right to liquidate the inventory and withhold credit.
Send the RMA number request to firstname.lastname@example.org. If the return is approved, an RMA number will be assigned and emailed to you. All costs related to return shipping must be paid by the customer. Also, include a copy of the original receipt or packing slip with a brief explanation of the item or items being returned.
For your own protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service.
