Returns

To be eligible for a return, your merchandise must:

Within 15 days of purchase. Be unaltered and unmodified. Show no signs of abuse or neglect.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. 

Embroidery and custom-made items can ONLY be returned if faulty or not as ordered.

NOTE:

In the event of returning an item due to our error (e.g. a faulty or incorrect item), return shipping costs are covered. Reach out to Customer Service at sales@yourtastefulstyle.com to request a prepaid return label.

Return Instructions:

To request a return, kindly contact us at sales@yourtastefulstyle.com for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Please visibly display this number on your package. Items lacking an RMA or in subpar condition will not receive credit.

When preparing your return, please ensure the following:

1. All return items are included in their original condition and packaging.

2. Include a copy of your invoice and a note detailing the reason for the return.

3. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt without tracking information.

Upon receipt and inspection of your return, your refund will be processed accordingly.

EXCHANGES:

Unfortunately, exchanges are not available. For a different size, color, or style, kindly proceed by returning the item and placing a new order through www.yourtastefulstyle.com.
