To be eligible for a return, your merchandise must:

Within 15 days of purchase.
Be unaltered and unmodified.
Show no signs of abuse or neglect.

Embroidery items and custom-made items can only be returned if faulty or not as ordered.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Include a copy of your invoice and a note detailing the reason for the return.

Items can be returned without a restocking fee within 30 days of delivery. A 20% fee is charged for returns made after this period.

In the event of returning an item due to our error (e.g. a faulty or incorrect item), return shipping costs are covered. Reach out to Customer Service at to request a prepaid return label.
