Returns & Exchange Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review the guidelines below to ensure a smooth return or exchange process.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original condition with tags attached.
  • Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.

Non‑Returnable Items

  • Embroidered, customized, or personalized items
  • Final‑sale or clearance items
  • Worn or used garments

If you need a different size or color, we are happy to help. Exchanges follow the same condition requirements as returns. Once the original item is received and inspected, the replacement will be shipped.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your package arrives safely.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original form of payment once the returned item is received and inspected.
  • Please allow 3–7 business days for processing after the return arrives at our facility.
  • Shipping charges are non‑refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will resolve the issue promptly.

How to Start a Return

To begin a return, please contact us at sales@yourtastefulstyle.com to request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. This number must be clearly displayed on the outside of your package. Returns sent without an RMA or items received in unacceptable condition will not be eligible for credit.

When preparing your return, please ensure the following:

  1. Items must be in their original condition and packaging, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
  2. Include a copy of your invoice and a brief note explaining the reason for the return.
  3. Use a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of packages without tracking.
